My Garden Wedding reserves the right to refuse/cancel any events.
Postponement/Rescheduling
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, clients will have the option to transfer their initial deposit to a new future event date. The client is provided, per the My Garden Wedding Agreement, one (1 Time) rescheduling of the event to another future date. Deposits are not transferable.
Event Cancellation
Should the client feel the need to cancel the event or postpone, they will have to notify My Garden Wedding no less than 90 days in advance.
All payments for the cancelled event are deemed non-refundable.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated Cancellation Deadline. Should the Event be cancelled on after the 90 day deadline the client will be required to pay any outstanding charges and incidental costs to My Garden Wedding.
Cancellation due to Unforseen Circumstances
In the event My Garden Wedding must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances such as; acts of god, government authority, disaster strikes, disorders or other emergencies. does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
It is provided that in any of these scenarios the Agreement may be terminated by written notice from My Garden Wedding to the client without liability to My Garden Wedding.
Refunds
My Garden Wedding does not issue refunds. Should you need to cancel your event please do so prior to the event/payment schedule to avoid being charged for the full event. Refer to your payment schedule in your Agreement for more information.
These above policies apply to all My Garden Wedding events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read your individual event information and agreement thoroughly.
